Performing used to feel effortless.
The effort is starting to take its toll.
Let's think beyond it.

The job feels harder than it used to. In the early career days, there were fewer expectations, and more self-belief. Now the work is more complicated. Everything keeps changing, so you have to too.

You've learnt to hold your tongue, and shape-shift to whoever you need to be for the room. The scars from hard-learned lessons have slowly reshaped you. To the point where things feel flat. Where it all feels like a performance. And with each sprint from one milestone to the next, you leave behind a little more of yourself.

Does this feel familiar to you? Here's how I can help.

Coaching with Think Beyond

For mid-career tech professionals who feel stuck

We start with where you are now.

Not the earlier version of you. Not the version you think you should be. Let's explore where you are now, before setting a new direction.

No templates. No box ticking.

We map out how you work — your wiring, your values, your ambitions — and we build from there. You've got this far, and you have everything that you need to succeed.

This isn't a one-size-fits-all approach. It’s built for you.

Meet your coach

Hi there! I'm Aisling.
My whole career has been built on being endlessly curious about people.

I've worked in UX Research for over 12 years, in a range of roles and industries. Asking questions and connecting the dots is at the heart of what I do. Six of those years were spent in people management, where I learned to help people navigate challenges and grow to the next level. It's the part of the job that gives me the most energy, and it's what brought me to coaching.

I've been in the tech trenches for a long time. Burnout, masking, challenging stakeholders, redundancy, performance stress, industry shifts… I've lived it, and I get it. I want to help others navigate these challenges.

Strong foundations, continuous learning and inclusive practices are how I work:

  • Diploma in Coaching and Mentorship, Kingstown College (2025)

  • Neurodivergent Inclusive Coaching, In Good Company (July 2026 cohort)

  • Member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), held to their code of ethics and standards

When I'm not wearing the work hat, I'm either at home in the midlands of Ireland, or I'm ferrying a family member between after-school activities. My ideal start to the day is indulging in a freshly brewed latte, in a candlelit, clean kitchen, with a soft instrumental track playing in the background. Fully rested, before the rest of the household wakes, of course. As you might guess, it doesn't happen much, but knowing the things that protect our peace is important work.
